2. Prepare your viewing area

You can show broadcasts via the Feelment app on Viaplay Sports channels (Viaplay 1 Urheilu, Viaplay 2 Urheilu, Viaplay 3 Urheilu), which cover almost all World Championship games.

You can show the Ice Hockey World Championship in two different ways:

With the Feelment application
Via the Viaplay streaming service (Viaplay’s own app or viaplay.com)

With the Feelment application, you can stream the Viaplay Urheilu channels, which broadcast the majority of the World Championship games. All World Championship games are available through the Viaplay streaming service.

Using the Feelment application requires a Windows computer that meets the following minimum system requirements:

Processor: Intel i3 or Ryzen 3
RAM: at least 8 GB
Storage:
- 64 GB (sports content only)
- 128 GB (if you also use Feelment background music)

The Feelment application is free of charge and can be downloaded to a Windows computer from the Microsoft Store. You will receive login credentials by email, which allow you to access the service. Additional instructions for downloading the application can be found on our support site.

You need a connection between the computer and the display/television. The available options are:

1. Via HDMI cable (recommended)

Please note:

For cable runs longer than 10 meters, an active HDMI cable is required.
If you want to display the same broadcast on multiple screens, you will need an HDMI matrix or a splitter.

2. Wirelessly

Wireless streaming of sports content is possible using the Feelment application together with the Feelment TV application installed on the television. The Feelment TV application is installed on the TV via Google TV. More detailed instructions can be found here.

To display sports broadcasts, you need a sufficiently fast and stable internet connection.

Recommended: wired internet connection (Ethernet)
Minimum speed: 10 Mbps per broadcast

Examples:

1 broadcast → at least 10 Mbps
2 simultaneous broadcasts → at least 20 Mbps
