Updates to our billing system

There have been small updates to our billing system that affect how we handle overdue invoices. Since we all forget things from time to time, here’s some information on what happens if you miss the due date on your invoice. 😊

We always send a reminder invoice for overdue payments. If the invoice remains unpaid despite the reminder, the associated Feelment account will be automatically closed. There will be no advance warning before the account is closed, but you will receive an email notification if your account has been deactivated. We can reactivate a closed account once the outstanding payment is visible in our system or we receive proof of payment. If needed, you can send a screenshot of the payment confirmation to: info@feelment.com.

The V sport channels are now available on Feelment

Feelment’s sports offering has just received a major boost with the long-awaited addition of the V sport channels to our lineup (V sport 1 Suomi, V sport 2 Suomi, and V sport+ Suomi). With V sport, you can now showcase content like the Ice Hockey World Championships, Premier League, NHL games, Formula 1 broadcasts, and much more!

While the V sport channels offer a massive range of sports, not all of Viaplay’s sports content fits onto these channels. But as a Feelment customer, you don’t have to choose between V sport and Viaplay. If you want to show events or sports that are available exclusively on Viaplay, we’ll provide you with separate login credentials for Viaplay access.

Please note: V sport channel broadcasts cannot yet be streamed wirelessly via Feelment. You can, however, play them through cabling or using a Blackbox device. Wireless streaming support is on the way!

Wireless Streaming of Sport Broadcasts on Feelment Has Been Upgraded

We’ve upgraded the technology behind our wireless streaming. Thanks to this update, issues like the audio delays in Yle broadcasts have now been resolved. Wireless streaming now takes place via the Feelment app and the new Feelment TV app. The Feelment TV app can be downloaded to your television from the Google Play Store, which means you’ll need an Android TV, a Chromecast with Google TV, or a Google TV Streamer device to use wireless streaming.

Please note: Support for Chromecasts without the Google TV feature has ended. For additional instructions on wireless streaming, feel free to contact us.
