Blackbox

Blackbox

A modern version of a set-top box for streaming sports content. The Blackbox is placed, for example, behind a TV, and broadcasts are controlled remotely via My Feelment. If you want to stream multiple broadcasts simultaneously, you will need multiple Blackbox devices.

To use the Blackbox, you also need a sports subscription and a device (e.g., a phone or tablet) to control the broadcasts remotely.

Frequently asked questions

How does the device service work?

We will provide you with a device that meets your needs for a fixed monthly fee. The Device Service includes all necessary connection cables (such as audio and video cables). The agreement for the Device Service is valid until further notice with a one-month notice period.

We are responsible for maintaining the device and covering repairs due to normal wear and tear. However, we are not liable for damage caused by external factors (e.g., burglary, vandalism, fire, or electrical disturbances).

If the device breaks down, we will send you a replacement by mail free of charge, along with instructions for returning the faulty unit. Both the device replacement and shipping costs are covered by us.

By ordering the Device Service, you grant us unattended remote access to the device via the TeamViewer remote connection software.

What is a Blackbox?

The Blackbox is a modern version of a set-top box. It is a compact mini PC that can be placed, for example, in a restaurant’s technical space or behind a TV. The Blackbox is connected via cable to the internet, TV screens, and the sound system. TV broadcasts are managed remotely through the My Feelment website.

Remote control can be done using your own computer, tablet, or phone — or one purchased through us.
Note: A remote control device is not included in the price of the Blackbox.

We always deliver the Blackbox ready to use. Installation requires nothing more than connecting the cables and powering on the device. If you wish to stream multiple broadcasts simultaneously, you will need multiple Blackbox units.

What should I do if the device I rented breaks down?

Contact us by phone at 029 1234 122 (daily from 9 to 23) or send us a message at tuki@feelment.com. We will send you a replacement device by mail within a few business days and provide instructions for returning the old one. The device replacement and shipping costs are free of charge if the device has broken due to normal wear and tear.

Do I have to pay for a broken device?

There are no additional costs for breakdowns caused by normal wear and tear.
If the device is damaged due to external factors (e.g. fire, burglary, vandalism, or electrical disturbances), we will charge you for the broken device.
