How does the installation of the equipment work?
We deliver the equipment ready to use. All you need to do is connect the cables, and we will guide you through setting up the services. If needed, we can also assist you in acquiring sound systems or lighting for your karaoke room.
What should I do if the device I rent breaks?

We are responsible for equipment maintenance and repairs caused by normal wear and tear. If the device breaks down due to normal use, the replacement device and shipping costs are free of charge for you.
In other cases (e.g. burglary, vandalism, fire, or electrical faults), we will charge for the damaged device.

If a device breaks, please contact us. We will send you a replacement within a few business days and provide instructions for returning or disposing of the old device.
