In the 2025/2026 Premier League season, 380 matches will be played, all of which are available on Viaplay, with many also broadcast on the Viaplay Sports channels with Finnish commentary. Frequently asked questions

How is the number of customer seats calculated?

The number of customer seats is the same as stated in the liquor license. However, if the number of customer seats stated in your restaurant's liquor license does not correspond to the number of people viewing the TV screens, the "Restricted Viewing Right" clause can be applied to the customer seat count.

To obtain a reduced customer seat count, please contact our sales team.

What devices do I need?

To stream sports, you’ll need a Windows computer placed at the bar counter (or another practical location), connected to a wired network (Ethernet) and to the TVs (via cabling or wireless connection). Alternatively, you can order our Blackbox service, a modern version of a set-top box.

We always recommend cabling or the Blackbox service as the primary option, as they ensure the best reliability. If the cable run exceeds 10 meters, you’ll need an active HDMI cable. To show the same broadcast on multiple screens simultaneously, you’ll also need an HDMI matrix or splitter.

For wireless sports streaming, you’ll need a TV with Google TV.

Can I stream Viaplay through Feelment?

You can stream broadcasts from the Viaplay Sports channels (Viaplay 1 Sports, Viaplay 2 Sports, and Viaplay 3 Sports) using the Feelment app. The Viaplay Sports channels cover all major sports broadcasts, but due to Viaplay’s extensive sports offerings, some sports or matches may only be available through the Viaplay streaming service. If you want access to Viaplay’s full sports lineup, we can provide credentials for using Viaplay’s app or website.

What is the difference between Viaplay Sports channels and the Viaplay streaming service?

Through the Viaplay streaming service (viaplay.com), you can access all sports content offered in the channel package. On the Viaplay Sports channels, sports content is limited to the selected live broadcasts on those channels.

The Viaplay streaming service is accessed via Viaplay’s app or website, while the Viaplay Sports channels can be streamed directly through the Feelment app.
