Frequently asked questions
You will need a Windows computer on which the Feelment app is installed. In addition, you need a connection between the computer and a screen/TV. The connection can be made using an HDMI cable (recommended) or wirelessly via Google TV. You'll also need a fast and stable internet connection.
To use Feelment, you need a Windows computer with the following minimum requirements:
Processor: Intel i3 or Ryzen 3
RAM: 8 GB or more
Storage: 64 GB (sports only) or 128 GB (if you also use Feelment background music).
👉 If you don't want to buy your own computer, you can ask for a computer rental from our sales department.
The Feelment app itself is free and can be downloaded to your Windows computer from the Microsoft Store. We will email you the login credentials to access the service. For further instructions on how to download the app, please visit our support website.
You need a connection between the computer and the display/TV. The options are:
1. Via HDMI cable (recommended)

For cable runs longer than 10 meters, an active HDMI cable is required.

If you want to display the same broadcast on multiple screens, you will need an HDMI matrix or a splitter.
2. Wirelessly
Wireless streaming of sports content is possible using the Feelment application together with the Feelment TV application installed on the television. The Feelment TV app is installed on the TV from Google TV. For more detailed instructions, click here.
To display sports broadcasts, you need a sufficiently fast and stable internet connection.
