Tips for Using Feelment
Welcome to Feelment! On this page, we’ll walk you through getting started with the Feelment app and share tips on how to use our services. For additional guidance, visit our support site or contact us.
Have you downloaded the Feelment app yet?
Feelment's services are accessed through an app that you can download for free from your device's app store. Feelment's karaoke, advertising, and sports features work only on Windows devices. Background music can be played on all devices.
My Feelment is a website where you can, among other things, subscribe to or cancel Feelment services, import Spotify playlists into Feelment, schedule background music, and manage ads displayed on TV screens.
My Feelment is customer portal. You’ll need the Feelment app to use our services.
Note: Although you can play background music from My Feelment, we always recommend using the Feelment app, as it includes all background music features.

A few tips before opening the app
1. Check your internet connection
You need an Internet connection to set up Feelment. Make sure your device is connected to the Internet. We recommend using a wired Internet connection whenever possible.
2. Connect the cables
Connect all necessary cables (power cable, audio cable, HDMI cable) to the device before opening the app.
We always recommend using a wired connection (wired speakers for music and a HDMI cable for sports).
3. Turn on the extended display mode
If you plan to play karaoke, sports or ads, the "Extended" display mode must be enabled in your computer's display settings. To adjust this setting, press Win + P and select "Extend."
4. Download TeamViewer
We recommend installing the TeamViewer remote access software in advance. With TeamViewer, we can remotely access your device in case of problems.

Tips for Karaoke
This quick guide to karaoke will help you get started with Feelment's karaoke feature. The guide includes, among other things, instructions for finding and playing songs.
A bouncing cloud next to a song indicates that the song is loading. The Feelment app always downloads karaoke songs offline before playback, and the song is ready to play as soon as the cloud disappears.
Click the "Offline" button on the karaoke homepage to download songs to your computer all at once.
Digital ordering is super convenient and easy, but you can also print out traditional paper lists if you prefer.
Is there a song missing from Feelment's selection? Add your request to the list, and we'll pass it on to the karaoke producers. The producers will respond to requests as much as possible.
Tips for Advertising
To view the ads, connect your computer to the TV screen using an HDMI cable. The ads cannot be played wirelessly.
Ad management is handled through the My Feelment website. You can log in to My Feelment using the same credentials as for the Feelment app. Note: The mobile version does not support ad management. You can edit ads on a computer.
You can add your own ads to the service. The correct image size is 1920 x 1080 px (landscape), and the supported file formats are jpeg, png, and mp4. The service does not support audio, so there is no sound in the videos.
To prevent old ads from lingering, we recommend scheduling your ads. You can set up the schedules on the My Feelment website.
Did you notice that you can also add prices to drink ads? The price you enter will appear in the lower-right corner of the ad.
Ad lists let you create complete sets of ads, such as for current campaigns. With ad lists, you can display ads in multiple locations at the same time. When you edit an ad list, the changes will appear on TV screens across all locations.
You can add users to your Feelment account from My Feelment. This feature is handy if you want to give someone else permission to manage your ads.

Note: When you start your Feelment trial period, the services will be automatically activated for you. You do not need to order the services separately for the trial period.
