His journey at Feelment began as a parental leave substitute: “I was looking for a new job, and a family business, the Lapland connection, and an interesting role caught my attention.”
Nowadays, Miikka is part of Feelment’s core team. His typical workday revolves around solving customer problems and preventing them from happening in the first place. His motto, “every problem has a solution,” perfectly reflects his calm and steady nature. His favorite Feelment feature is Blackbox — the remote management system for sports: “It’s a bit like a digital set-top box, but modern.” Miikka doesn’t just stick to spectator sports; in the summer, you’ll find him hitting the golf courses, and his athletic hobbies also include football.
At the Helsinki office, Miikka is known as the fastest lunch-eater in the world. When it comes to music, he sticks to Finnish classics, jamming especially to Eppu Normaali and J. Karjalainen.

A funny work blunder that stuck with you?
When I first started at Feelment, I once forgot to forward technical support calls to the on-call person. Luckily, no major issues reached the customers. Looking back, it’s funny, but at the time, not so much.
