Pataässä & Aitta22 experiences with Feelment

Aitta22, located on Rantakatu, is a karaoke restaurant. The restaurant had several old devices for different purposes, and there was a desire to integrate them. That's when Aitta22 became familiar with Feelment.

"Feelment is a complete package; it's not just karaoke. It also includes integrated background music with tens of millions of songs. With the same system, we can handle advertising, and as a fourth component, sports," explains Tommi Ranta, IT Manager at Service Restaurants.

"You don't have to be a tech prodigy"

Karaoke bar Pataässä is one of the largest restaurants in Oulu. Pataässä has two floors and two separate karaoke sections.

"Feelment was the first to arrive on the upper floor, and we could start using it right away. I immediately noticed how user-friendly it is compared to other equipment," shift manager Miika Taavetti says.

Pataässä doesn't have a separate karaoke host; instead, the restaurant staff sing karaoke while managing other tasks.

"It's quick to use. With a few clicks, you can get the songs playing and adjust the pitch. You don't have to be a tech prodigy," Taavetti laughs.

"The most important things are customer service and technical expertise."

Aitta22 started using Feelment during a trial period, but the collaboration continued after the trial.

"We continued the collaboration after the trial period, and we considered their customer service and technical expertise crucial for the entire environment, not just their software," Ranta praises.

"I would absolutely recommend Feelment. Nowadays, customers demand newer songs quickly, and Feelment updates very rapidly. There hasn't been a day when Feelment hasn't worked," Taavetti concludes.
