Why can't I order services from My Feelment?

Were you able to log in to My Feelment but can’t order services? Here are quick instructions.

Check Which Account You Are Logged In With

Only the company’s admins and users granted purchase rights can order services from My Feelment. VT accounts do not automatically have purchase rights. If you accessed My Feelment via a link in the Feelment app, you might be logged in with the wrong account. Try logging out of My Feelment and verify your login credentials.

 

Missing Buying Rights?

Admins can grant buying rights to other Feelment account users. Instructions for adding rights can be found here.

 

Admin Account Lost?

If you know the admin’s email address, you can reset the password using this link. If the username is unknown or lost, contact us so we can help restore your account credentials.
