What is a VT username?

Feelment offers two types of login credentials: email-based and VT IDs. Both can be used to sign in to My Feelment and the Feelment app.

Each Feelment license automatically receives its own VT username and password. These credentials are sent to you by email whenever a new license is created.

By default, VT IDs are license-specific accounts. This means they do not automatically include Administrator or Purchasing permissions when logging in to My Feelment.

When Should I Use a VT ID?

A VT ID is a good option if you do not want your Feelment login to be tied to an individual employee's email address.

For example, a VT ID can be useful when:

• Multiple staff members use the same Feelment license
• Personnel changes are common
• You prefer a shared login that is independent of any single user's email account

Changing a VT ID Password

You can change your VT ID password by signing in to My Feelment with your current credentials.  Detailed instructions can be found here: Changing your Feelment account password.
