Using Feelment on multiple devices

Here is how you can use Feelment on two or more devices.

Good to know

You can download the Feelment app for free on as many devices as you need. However, you can only be logged in to one zone or license at a time. In practice, this means you cannot, for example, use the same music subscription in multiple locations simultaneously.

If you try to log in to the zone that is already in use on another device, you will receive a simultaneous use notification.

 

Simultaneous use of services

If you want to use a Feelment service on two different devices at the same time, you must subscribe to the service for both purposes. This also applies to simultaneous use within a single venue.

Additional subscriptions can be linked to your existing Feelment account using zones. You can easily arrange additional subscriptions by contacting us. You can also create new areas yourself and subscribe to services for them via the My Feelment website. See instructions here.

 

Distributing services across devices

Sometimes it is technically easier to use Feelment karaoke on one device and sports on another. You do not need to use all the Feelment services you have subscribed to on the same device; they can be distributed across devices using areas. If you want to move an existing subscription to a separate area, this can be done free of charge by contacting us.
