No sound from sports broadcasts

Common Causes

  • The audio/HDMI cable has come loose during use.

  • The wrong sound cards are selected for the displays in Feelment.

 

Check the Cables

  • If the cable is unplugged:

    1. Plug it back in.

    2. Restart the Feelment app if necessary.

  • If the cable is plugged in:

    1. Unplug it and plug it back in for safety.

    2. Restart the Feelment app if needed.

 

Check Display Audio Settings in Feelment

  1. Go to Settings in the Feelment app ⚙️.

  2. Select Displays.

  3. Change the display’s audio output if needed:

    • Click the dropdown menu next to the display.

    • Select the correct audio output.

  4. Save by clicking Done.

  5. Restart the Feelment app.

 

Make sure that Windows has the same sound card selected as in Feelment’s display settings under External Display. Additional instructions for checking the Windows sound card can be found here.
