Background music doesn’t play from the speakers
Common Causes
- The audio cable has become disconnected during use.
- The wrong sound card is selected in Feelment or Windows.
Check the Audio Cable
If the cable is unplugged:
- Plug the audio cable back in.
- Restart the Feelment app.
If the cable is plugged in:
- For safety, unplug it and plug it back in.
- Restart the Feelment app.
Check the Sound Card in Feelment
- Go to Settings in the Feelment app ⚙️.
- Click Players.
- Press the round icon above the desired player.
- Select the correct sound card from the menu on the right (usually Headphones).
