Background music doesn’t play from the speakers

Common Causes

  • The audio cable has become disconnected during use.
  • The wrong sound card is selected in Feelment or Windows.

 

Check the Audio Cable

If the cable is unplugged:

  1. Plug the audio cable back in.
  2. Restart the Feelment app.

If the cable is plugged in:

  1. For safety, unplug it and plug it back in.
  2. Restart the Feelment app.

 

Check the Sound Card in Feelment

  1. Go to Settings in the Feelment app ⚙️.
  2. Click Players.
  3. Press the round icon above the desired player.
  4. Select the correct sound card from the menu on the right (usually Headphones).
