Login to the Feelment app and My Feelment

Usernames and passwords 

You can log in to both the Feelment app and My Feelment using the same credentials. There are two types of Feelment usernames: email-based usernames and usernames that start with the letters VT.
 

Email-based usernames

If you have created a Feelment account by filling out the form on our website, your username is your email address and your password is the one you entered on the form.
 

VT usernames

Each Feelment license automatically receives its own VT username and password. We send these credentials to your email whenever a new license is created.
 
VT usernames are license-specific by default. We recommend using VT usernames if you don’t want to log in to the Feelment app using credentials linked to an individual’s email address.

You can reset your forgotten password here.

Psst! If you’re currently logged in to Feelment with those credentials, changing your password will log you out of the Feelment app — so it’s best not to do it in the middle of a karaoke night.

You’ve most likely also received your login details from us by email. We recommend checking your inbox to see if you can still find them there. If you’ve forgotten the password for your VT username or don’t remember your username at all, please contact us.

 

Logging in to the Feelment app

  1. Enter your username and password, then click Log in.
  2. If your credentials have access to multiple zones, click the name of the zone you want to log in to.

Note! You can use a Feelment license for one region on only one device at a time.
If the zone is currently being used on another device, the app will ask you to choose which device you want to continue using it on.

 

Logging in to My Feelment

  1. Type my.feelment.com into your browser’s address bar, or access the site through the Feelment app by clicking the shopping cart icon in the app’s side menu.

  2. Enter your username and password, then click Log in.
