Locations and zones

Do you want to use Feelment in multiple branches of your business or across several areas? You can create new locations and zones under your company in My Feelment.

Locations are business branches under the same company, each at a different address.

Zones are Feelment licenses linked to a single location. Examples of zones include a karaoke room, terrace, or the upstairs floor of a store.

You can only be logged into one zone per device at a time. If you try to log in to a zone that is already in use on another device, the Feelment app will show an error about simultaneous usage. You’ll need to choose which device you want to use for that zone.

 

Creating New Locations and Zones in My Feelment

  1. Log in to My Feelment.
    1. Note: To add new zones and locations, you must log in with admin credentials.
  2. From the main menu, click Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Click the Add Zone button.
  4. Name the zone (e.g., Karaoke Room).
  5. Select whether you have alcohol serving rights or not.
  6. Click Select Customer Type and choose the most suitable type from the dropdown menu.
  7. To add the zone to an existing location, select “Add to existing location” and choose the location from the list. To create a completely new location, select “Create new location” and enter the required details.
  8. Click Add Zone.
  9. The zone’s username and password will be sent to your email.

You can also log into the zone using your administrator credentials. When logging into Feelment, the app will ask you which area you want to use on that device. Select the newly created area from the list. 

 

Note: The free Advertising Service is automatically activated for the new area. You can subscribe to other Feelment services by clicking the Manage Subscriptions button next to the area.
