Feelment Android app is frozen

Force Stop

1. Press and hold the app icon until “App info” or an ℹ️ icon appears.

2. Tap the text/icon.

3. Press Force Stop.

4. Open the app again.

Clear Cache

If force stopping didn’t work, try clearing the app’s cache. The steps may vary slightly depending on your device:

1. Go to your Android device’s Settings.

2. Select Apps.

3. In some cases, tap Manage apps.

4. Find Feelment.

5. Tap Clear cache or Clear data.

6. On some devices, you may first need to tap Storage or Memory to access the cache clearing option.

Reinstall the App or Contact Support

If the app is still frozen after the steps above:

1. Press and hold the app icon.

2. Select Uninstall.

3. Open Play Store, search for Feelment, and reinstall the app.
