Email address verification

You must verify your email address when creating a Feelment account. Follow the instructions below to complete the verification process.

A Feelment account can be created by filling out the registration form at https://my.feelment.com/fi/register. The final step of the registration process is email verification.

  1. Enter the verification code into the field displayed on the registration page.
  2. Open your email in another browser tab, window, or email application. Do not close the registration page where the verification code is entered. If you close the page, you will need to complete the registration form again.
  3. Look for an email from info@feelment.com.
  4. If you cannot find the email:
    1. Check your spam or junk mail folder.
    2. Return to the verification page and click Request a New Verification Code.
    3. If you still do not receive a verification code, call us at +358 29 1234 122 (available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM).
  5. Copy the verification code from the email or make a note of it.
  6. Return to the registration page, enter the code, and click Done.
  7. Your registration is now complete and you can start using Feelment. Don't forget to download the Feelment app, which is used to access Feelment services. 🤗
