Connection to the Digital Ordering server lost

Is Feelment unable to connect to the Digital Ordering (Digitilaus) server? Here are quick instructions.

The most common reasons for Digitilaus connection issues are related to the Internet. If the Internet connection is weak or unstable, the connection to the Digitilaus server may drop.

Check Your Internet Connection

  • You can check your Internet speed here.

  • Restart your router/modem.

  • If needed, also restart your computer/device and the Feelment app.

 

Check Digitilaus Connection from Feelment

  • Go to the karaoke home screen in the Feelment app (click the microphone icon in the side menu).

  • Look under the Settings section for Digitilaus Enabled.

  • Click the button: Refresh Connection.
