Blocking song ordering (Digital Ordering)

Do you want to prevent song ordering while still allowing browsing? Here’s how.

By blocking orders, your customers can still browse songs on karaokelistat.fi and musicjukebox.fi. When a customer tries to order a song, they’ll see a message like: “Request song from the karaoke host / Request your favorite song from the counter.”

 

Blocking Karaoke Song Ordering

You can block karaoke song ordering from the karaoke homepage. If background music digital ordering is still active, customers can continue ordering background music songs.

To disable karaoke digital ordering:

  1. Go to Settings on the karaoke homepage.
  2. Click the switch next to Digital Ordering Active. The switch will turn grey when karaoke digital ordering is turned off.

 

Blocking Background Music Song Ordering

  1. In the Feelment app, open Settings from the sidebar ⚙️.
  2. Click Digital Ordering.
  3. Locate the section Background Music Digital Ordering.
  4. Click the switch next to the text. The switch will turn grey when background music digital ordering is disabled.


If you want to block both karaoke and background music song ordering at the same time, click the switch next to Orders Allowed.
