Blackbox installation and setup

The Blackbox is an additional Feelment service that works like a modern set-top box, allowing you to manage sports broadcasts remotely. Here’s how to set up and start using your Blackbox.

The Blackbox is delivered ready to use, so installation only requires connecting the cables. Note: If you want to play multiple broadcasts simultaneously, you’ll need multiple Blackboxes.

 

Installing the Blackbox

  1. Install the device on a table or in the desired location using the wall bracket.
    1. Do not stack devices on top of each other, and do not cover any side of the device. The devices use passive cooling and generate more heat than usual.
  2. Connect the network and HDMI cables to the device.
  3. Make sure the audio and display systems are switched on.
  4. Connect the power cable to the device's USB-C port labeled: 12V, 2A.
  5. The device will start automatically. You can manage the displayed content through My Feelment.

 

Starting TV Broadcasts

Broadcasts are managed remotely via the My Feelment website. Detailed instructions for playing broadcasts can be found here. To make managing broadcasts easier, we recommend adding My Feelment as a desktop shortcut on your computer.


Adding My Feelment to Desktop Shortcuts

For Google Chrome Users:

  1. Log in to My Feelment.
  2. Click the three dots at the end of the browser’s address bar.
  3. Select More Tools → Create Shortcut.
  4. Check the box Open as window.
  5. Click Create.

 

For Microsoft Edge Users:

  1. Log in to My Feelment.
  2. Click the three dots at the end of the browser’s address bar.
  3. Select Apps → Install this site as an app.
  4. Click Install and allow the app to pin to the taskbar and Start menu.
