Billing period
Feelment's billing period is always one month.
The service period being billed is shown on the invoice line items. Invoices are issued once per month, on the first business day of the month, and the payment term is 14 days.
Services are always billed in full monthly periods. Monthly service fees cannot be prorated or divided into shorter billing periods.
Service Usage and Cancellation
Monthly subscription services renew automatically for each new billing period. If you require a service only for a specific period, such as the summer season, the subscription can be configured to end automatically on a predetermined date.
If you cancel a service, it will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
