How to add your own ads to the Advertising Service

Supported Image Sizes and File Formats

Ads must be in Full HD (1920 × 1080 px). You can upload horizontal or vertical ads. Supported file formats are JPEG, PNG, MP4. Note: The Advertising Service does not support audio, so video sound will not play.

When creating your own ads, consider the price bubble placement. If you add a price to an ad, it will appear in the designated spot at the bottom-right corner of the ad. To avoid covering important information, leave the bottom-right corner free of text. You can check price bubble positions by downloading the template files here.

Adding Ads to the Service

Ad management is done via My Feelment. Note: The mobile version of My Feelment currently does not support adding ads.

Log in to My Feelment. Detailed login instructions are here.
From the homepage, click Manage Ads, or select Advertising from the side menu.
Click Ads for the location and zone where you want to upload ads.
Click Import Ad.

Adding a New File

Drag and drop the file onto the gray box or click the box to browse your computer.
Select the file and click Open.
The Content Import window will open.
Name the file.
Optionally, adjust the ad duration (seconds).
To set specific display dates and times, toggle the Show Between Dates switch.
When finished, click Save.
Once all ads for the zone are added and configured, click Done (top-right corner) to save changes.

Previously Uploaded Files

In the My Files folder, you can see all files you’ve uploaded.
Select files by clicking the box next to each file.
Click Export Selected to add them to the zone.
When all desired ads are added and configured, click Done (top-right corner) to save changes.
