TeamViewer is a remote access program that allows our support team to use your computer if you encounter problems. We recommend downloading the program.

The full version of TeamViewer enables the fastest and easiest support in problem situations. By downloading the full version, you allow us unattended access to your computer.
(Don’t worry—we won’t snoop around your computer for fun 😀, we’ll only access it when you need help or, for example, when your computer requires updates.)

TeamViewer Quick Support
If you do not allow unattended access to your device, download TeamViewer from here. To ensure we can quickly connect to your device when needed, please provide us with your TeamViewer ID number by following these instructions.
Detailed download instructions:

The download will start automatically. In the download window, click Save.

If the program does not open automatically, open your downloaded files.

You can use your computer’s search bar at the bottom of the screen. Type: Downloads.

Double-click the file TeamViewerQS.exe.

Follow the instructions in the installation window and accept everything the program asks.
The installation is successful if a small window opens on your computer showing your TeamViewer ID number.
Sending your ID number to Feelment
To ensure we can quickly connect to your device when needed, please send your ID number to us by email or by calling our support line (+358 29 1234 122). Remember to include your company and restaurant name in the message.

When calling technical support, please make sure your computer is connected to the internet and that TeamViewer is running. This way, our support staff can connect to your device faster.
Set Feelment Support Wallpaper on your device
Download and set the Feelment Support wallpaper on your device so that our support number is visible to all employees. After clicking the download link, the wallpaper will automatically be saved to your device’s Downloads folder. Right-click the file and select: Set as desktop background.
